Jeff Jubelirer, Principal
Jeff Jubelirer is widely recognized as one of the top corporate communications and public relations strategists in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Perhaps best known for his unparalleled expertise in issue & crisis management and public policy advocacy, Jeff is a “go to” media and political analyst for local broadcast and newspaper outlets. In addition, Jeff recently joined the rotating roundtable panel on 6ABC's venerable weekly public affairs show, "Inside Story."
As President of Jubelirer Strategies, Jeff is the “chief architect” behind the development and execution of the strategic communications, media & community relations and crisis management issues for many of the state’s most well-known businesses, associations and non-profit organizations.
Jeff was named as one of the regions “40 under 40” by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He was also recognized as one of “22 People to Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine and was selected to the “Pennsylvania Report 100” list of influential people in the state.
Jeff is as an adjunct professor teaching issue & crisis management at Temple University and writes a monthly column in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly on emerging issues in public relations.
Jeff serves on the Boards of The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Philadelphia and Susquehanna Valley, Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of Eastern Pennsylvania/Southern NJ/Delaware, Legacy Youth Tennis and Education and Operation Understanding. In May 2012 Jeff received the prestigious national Daniel Ginsberg Award for his exemplary leadership on behalf of the ADL.
Aside from his skill in executing strategic communication campaigns, Jeff maintains trusted and long-standing relationships with all the key media contacts and political “players” in the region.
Jeff lives in Greater Philadelphia with his wife, Tracey, a pediatric oncologist with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, his two daughters, Sofie and Ali, and the family pug, Kayla.
Johanna Kilbride, Associate
Johanna Kilbride joined Jubelirer Strategies as an associate in January 2013.
Before joining Jubelirer Strategies, Johanna worked as Assistant Account Executive at Institutional Marketing Services (IMS), a financial communications firm based in Connecticut. At IMS, she worked on a variety of investor relations initiatives on behalf of clients including writing press releases, managing the content and design of investor presentations and fact sheets, and driving social media presence for the firm and its clients. Johanna has various other experiences in the communications realm including serving as a digital brand ambassador for Proctor & Gamble’s ReadyU platform at Wake Forest University and interning for Greenwich Magazine at Moffly Publications. She also has a strong background in the visual arts. Johanna co-founded an e-commerce business venture geared towards buying and selling student artwork while in college and worked as an intern at Hirschl & Adler Galleries in New York City.
Johanna graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Art History. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as well as Lambda Pi Eta (Communication Honor Society) and Golden Key Honor Society.
